Part of the New concept store project - after prestige openings such as London, Milan and Düsseldorf - Reserved opened their newest 2200 sqm store in Budapest. The 2024 New Concept project preserves and highlights the brand’s features by taking care of consistency between interior architecture and trade philosophy.

The store presents Ladies, Men’s and Kids department and has two floors.

As the Reserved's PR and media partner for the 7th year our task was to plan and execute a full-scale 360 ° Campaign designed to generate maximum buzz and drive customer engagement. Our responsibilities included:

  • Media & Influencer Communication – We curated a strategic media and influencer campaign, ensuring widespread coverage and organic social media traction
  • OOH Scouting & Execution – Outdoor placements were secured key locations, reinforcing brand presence and amplifying anticipation for the opening
  • Customer Engagement & Hype Generation – Through a mix of digital teasers, exclusive previews, and influencer collaborations, we built excitement, culminating in customers lining up at the store from the moment of opening

The result? A high-impact launch that positioned Reserved as a must-visit destination from day one.
